"Why did the replies take so long??"
They did get back to me eventually, so I can’t say they ignored me or anything. It just took longer than I expected, you know?? A little faster communication would’ve made the experience better

"Surprisingly decent customer service"
Customer service was actually really helpful, which is always a nice surprise these days. They got back to me quickly and didn’t turn a simple question into some huge ordeal, so points for that. I had a couple of things I needed help with, and they answered without acting like I was ruining their day. Overall, painless experience. I’d use them again.

"The website was easy to get around..."
The website was easy to get around, and I found what I needed faster than I expected. I didn’t run into any strange loading problems or confusing pages, which was nice. I’m still a little unsure about how the quality will be once I actually get the item, but the shopping part itself was smooth

It felt legit and was simple to use. I didn’t have any problems with it at all, I think my only issue was just bad timing on my end.

"Showed up fast"
My order actually got here sooner than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. Funny thing is, the tracking didn’t really catch up until later, so for a minute I was like, wait, is it still on the way or already moving? But yeah, package arrived quickly and everything was fine overall.

I ended up needing to return my order, and the whole process was straightforward. Nothing over the top, just easy to follow and not stressful. "Good value from what I remember paying"
Thinking back on it, I was happy with the whole thing. The price felt reasonable at the time, and from what I remember, I got about what I expected, maybe even a little more. It wasn’t perfect, but for what I paid, it felt like a solid deal. I’d probably use Hourglass Boston again if the pricing stays around the same.
